MY ROLE
After joining the company, I was immediately assigned to this project, where I had to design an entirely new task management system for the company. This was a short and easy project to handle. My role was of that of a UX/UI Designer.
MY GOAL
The company had several small projects, and tasks that they were finding difficult to keep track of. As soon as I started at the company, I took the initiative to work on this project, by putting forward a proposal to design a new system.
PROCESS
The process was fairly easy for me as the stakeholders and project managers had a clear idea of how they wanted the design to look like. They had a preconceived idea of all the elements they wanted to see in the design and their functions.

Who is it For?
This project was primarily developed for the employees of the company. It was designed for internal use. The primary users of this system were the employees of the company. These included designers, developers, project managers, the operations team and one human resources representative.
Problem
The company couldn't keep track of several small projects and tasks. So we decided to build our own small-scale task management system. The company developers had developed only two functional pages to carry out basic functions. However, they needed a complete system for better functioning. Additionally, The user flow wasn't planned properly.

How did I Help?

Wireframes
For this project, I designed a very small number of wireframes. The only wireframes that I designed were the main pages that were going to be used the most by the employees.
Outcomes and Takeaways
-
Although it was for internal use I learnt the importance of UX side of a website.
-
Using user flows and wireframes and following a design process will result into a seamless and smooth interface.
